I. Information Collection and Use

By using our website and specifically by signing up for our mailing lists  you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as is described in this Privacy Policy.  If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this website.  This Privacy Policy was last updated May 24, 2018.

      1. Information We Automatically Collect

When a user visits our site, we may collect information about the user’s computer or mobile device including operating system information and web browser, the user’s IP address, data collected by Cookies and other tracking technologies, sites visited before and after visiting our site, pages viewed and links clicked within our site, information about the Internet service provider and other general information.

We do not sell any of this information to third parties. The data collected via tracking technologies is used for internal improvement of our content and advertising strategies. Through these technologies we gain a better understanding of our customers, which allows us to customize content and ads that are uniquely relevant to them.

By accessing our site, you acknowledge, understand and agree that we have your consent to utilize Cookies on your device and track your activity on our site. Please note that Flash Cookies cannot typically be removed through browser settings.

Please note that these opt-outs are browser-specific, meaning they only take effect in the browser they are applied to. Please also note that there are some Flash Cookies that cannot normally be disabled in browser settings.

      3. Subscription and Contact Form Information

Subscribing to our newsletter requires an email address with the option to include your first and/or last name. We do not sell email addresses or any other personalized data to third parties. Email click patterns and aggregate data which cannot be tracked to individuals may be gathered by analytics sites. Each newsletter email will include a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Filling out the Contact Form requires a name, company and email address. A phone number and further information is optional. The contact form data is used to communicate with site users and potential clients.

Contacting us directly and filling out forms are the only means by which we collect personalized data on site users. All other data is anonymous.

      4. Geolocation Information

If a user permits our site to access location information, we may compile aggregate data on the city, country or region that our users are in whenever they access our website. If a user does not allow location information to be shared, we may gather general regional information based on the user’s automatically collected IP address. This information is used to customize our content and marketing efforts based on the geographic location of our site visitors.

      5. Social Platform Registrations and Social Media Plugins

Our website includes social media buttons that link to Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn. Accessing these sites allows them to gather data based on your activity on social media platforms, the Full Media site and other internet activity. These sites have separate privacy policies that may differ from our own. We encourage you to read through them if you intend to use these sites.

      6. Children Under the Age of 13

We do not intentionally gather any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without express consent from a parent or guardian. Our services are intended for business who can utilize Internet marketing or web design services; thus, our marketing efforts do not target children or minors. If we discover or are notified that we have collected personal information about a visitor under the age of 13, we will remove that information from our records promptly.

By accessing our site, you acknowledge, understand and agree to the extent that it is legal in your jurisdiction that we are permitted to access and/or share data, content and/or communication with law enforcement agents or other third parties if required by law or with a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

      2. Analytics Advertising Providers

Third party providers such as Google Analytics and the Google Advertising Display Network automatically collect data on user demographics, traffic patterns and other information. These providers collect data through tracking technologies including Cookies, and can be disabled by visiting their respective opt-out sites.       3. Business Transfer

If our company undergoes a merger, acquisition or consolidation, our assets including data collected from internet tracking may be transferred to another party. In the unlikely event of a bankruptcy, data may be transferred to another entity.

      1. Lawful Bases for Processing Information

We will only collect and process personal data about you where we have a lawful bases.  Our lawful bases for processing your information could include where you give us consent (for example:  when you sign up for our mailing lists)  and other legitimate interests.  These other legitimate interests include but are not limited to complying to laws that apply to us and enabling us to administer our business (for example:  quality control, consolidated reporting, or customer service).

      2. Correcting and updating your information

We retain the information you share with us for as long as we need to in order to provide you the services you request.  We also retain other data generated by you (i.e., data generated when you browse our website) in a depersonalized or aggregated form in order to help us improve users’ experience on our website.  We may also retain your information for a reasonable period of time for us to conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or other legitimate business interests.
