Their existing digital presence lacked structure and clarity, creating friction for users trying to learn more or get in touch.

In Deeds Home Care’s case, the opportunity was to streamline the experience and remove unnecessary friction, particularly around contact and hiring.

Ultimately, our goals were to:

  • Make it easier for users to contact the team without complex forms
  • Highlight caregiver recruitment with strong “Join Our Team” messaging

Full Media approached this project with a focus on clarity, simplicity and intentional user flow. Every design and content decision was made to help users quickly understand who Deeds Home Care is, what they offer and how to take the next step.

Clean, Brand-Aligned Design

We created a design that feels both professional and approachable, reflecting the compassionate nature of home care services while aligning more closely with the client’s existing print materials. Key design elements included updating the site typography to Georgia to better match printed brand assets, expanding the use of the brand’s pink and blue color palette for a warmer, more cohesive feel, a clean layout with clear hierarchy to guide users through content, a subtle incorporation of the heart-inspired design elements from the logo to reinforce branding, and a full-bleed header with modern navigation to create a polished, updated experience. The result is a site that feels trustworthy while remaining easy to navigate.
Accessibility first design

Streamlined Navigation & User Flow

We simplified the site structure to ensure users can quickly find what they need. This includes a clear, concise navigation centered at the top of the page, logical page structure across Home, About, Services and Contact, and consistent layout patterns across pages to reduce confusion. Additionally, we introduced a dedicated welcome section on the homepage by pulling key content from the About page. This ensures users immediately understand who Deeds Home Care is upon landing on the site. This creates a more intuitive browsing experience for all users.

Conversion-Focused Calls to Action

A major focus of this redesign was making it easier for users to take action, especially around caregiver recruitment. We added “Join Our Team” callouts on key pages to support caregiver recruitment. We included “Apply Now” links in the footer for easy access from anywhere on the site and a subfooter callout to reinforce hiring messaging. We also created clear pathways for both potential clients and job applicants. These updates ensure users always know what step to take next.

Simplified Contact Experience

Rather than using traditional web forms, Deeds Home Care preferred a more direct, personal approach. We implemented email-based contact actions instead of form submissions, clear instructions on what information users should include (name, phone, email, services needed), direct email links to streamline communication, and a simplified contact page with three clear callouts highlighting different ways to get in touch. This approach reduces friction while aligning with the client’s internal workflow.

Content Clarity & Structure

We refined and organized content to improve readability and engagement. We pulled key messaging forward to highlight services and value propositions, structured service content for easy scanning, added introductory content to the homepage for immediate clarity, and ensured consistent tone and messaging across all pages. This helps users quickly understand offerings without feeling overwhelmed.

Visual Enhancements

To create a more engaging experience, we incorporated imagery that supports the brand and audience. We carefully selected images featuring caregivers and elderly patients. These were visuals that reinforce trust, compassion and professionalism. The internal page headers styled for consistency and visual interest. These elements help bring the brand to life while supporting the content.
