Sales Specialist Overview
The Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving new business from independent physicians’ practices. This person will prospect and reach out to new leads, promote Full Media’s offerings, build strong relationships and close website and digital marketing sales. This role is ideal for a proactive, energetic and results-oriented person who can hit the ground running and wants to work among a high-performing, supportive team. This position is classified as exempt and reports to the Director of Strategy.

Responsibilities

- Daily prospecting to secure new sales meetings.

- Cold outreach via phone, email and office drop-bys to new prospects identified by sales specialist.

- Warm outreach via phone, email and office drop-bys to our list of current and former clients, as well as broader network of connected businesses.

- Daily prospecting to secure new sales meetings.

- Vetting inbound leads, determining the right solution for their needs and managing the sales process from first contact to close.

- This role will be responsible for closing sales for our ReadySites website solution (developed for small physicians practices) after onboarding and training and with access to sales materials, including website, sign-up system, print and email materials, sales script and promotional offerings.

- This role will manage the sales process for sales opportunities with larger healthcare organizations, but receive support from our leadership team in quoting, proposal development and follow-up sales conversations. This person will take responsibility for maintaining momentum, regular touchpoints and scheduling with these prospects.

- Vetting inbound leads, determining the right solution for their needs and managing the sales process from first contact to close.

- Communicating features and scope, pricing out-of-scope requests and ensuring client expectations are set appropriately.

- Managing a smooth hand off to the website and digital marketing teams for closed sales, ensuring the client feels fostered on to the project or engagement leads.

- Tracking sales activity and maintaining accurate sales pipeline records within HubSpot, including upkeeping accurate information to assist our drip email strategy.

- Cultivating relationships with local and statewide healthcare organizations by attending monthly industry group meetings, annual conferences and other business networking opportunities.

- Collaboration with Full Media’s internal marketing team, keeping an open line of communication to help strengthen our inbound marketing strategy.
Minimum Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel regionally
