Digital Marketing Account Manager

Whitley joined Full Media’s digital marketing team in 2015 and has since grown into a Digital Marketing Account Manager, leveraging more than 11 years of experience in paid media, SEO, and content strategy. A significant portion of her work has been dedicated to large and/or complex healthcare clients, where she has supported organizations across multiple verticals, including urgent care management partnerships, B2B services, physician recruitment and careers, specialized patient acquisition, and brand positioning.

Her expertise spans a wide range of marketing channels and tactics, with certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Waze Ads. Whitley has strong experience working within multi-vendor environments, regularly partnering with healthcare reputation management platforms, EMR systems, and call tracking providers to align reporting, optimize performance, and ensure a cohesive strategy across all partners.

She has extensive experience developing and managing integrated campaigns across search, display, and social media platforms, while also harnessing analytics, listings management and location-based advertising, and emerging strategies in AI-driven search to improve performance and visibility.

Whitley is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County, where she served as an active member from 2014 to 2021, as well as the Communications Committee, Board of Directors, and Management Team. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Lanier, and is a member of the Healthcare Committee for the Hall County Chamber of Commerce and the Hall County Work-Based Learning Committee. She graduated from North Georgia College and State University in Dahlonega, GA with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Whitley lives in Gainesville, GA with her husband, eight-year-old son, and dog. In her free time, you’ll find her at local restaurants, breweries, and happy hour with friends, watching The Office, reading, and spending time with family.
