Kathryn joined Full Media in 2013, filling the roles of Internet Marketing Analyst, Internet Marketing Team Leader, and now Director of Digital Marketing. As Director, Kathryn leads the marketing team and overall vision of Full Media’s Digital Marketing department. She ensures we maintain a team of expert marketers with a balanced skill set and a wide array of healthcare marketing expertise. She ensures our services meet the needs and expectations of our clients while driving measurable results for their business.
Since assuming her role as Director, she’s worked to improve the value of our services by honing our offerings and simplifying processes – allowing marketers to invest more in client relationships and the services we provide to those clients. By aiding in Full Media’s transition to becoming a healthcare digital marketing agency, she has helped the Digital Marketing team expand their knowledge of the healthcare industry and healthcare marketing to provide expert solutions to our clients.
Kathryn has served as a mentor for The Company Lab’s Healthtech Accelerator and is actively involved in the mentor program at the University of Tennessee’s Rollins College of Business Success Center. She has an Associate of Arts degree in Journalism and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia. She lives in Chattanooga, Tn. with her husband, their two dogs, and their two cats (fondly known as “the boys”).
