Full Media To Sponsor Crossfit Garage Games

As part of the firm's ongoing commitment to promote fitness, Full Media recently announced their sponsorship of the Crossfit Dahlonega (CFD) 2011 Event Series within the 2011 CrossFit Garage Games. The CFD four-event series on March 19, 2011, will challenge competitors to push their strength and cardiovascular limits during a day that promises to be packed full of pull-ups, rope climbing, squats and rowing exercises.

Full Media’s support of Crossfit, a national principal strength and conditioning program, is not limited to just CrossFit Dahlonega or the Garage Games. The firm’s Chief Technology Officer, Kevin West, regularly participates in getBUILT Chattanooga, the Scenic City’s chapter of Crossfit.
