Web Developer

We are looking for web developers with strong HTML/CSS abilities. Our Web Developers work closely with graphic designers to build and maintain websites. Web Developers are the glue that bridges the gab between creative design and technical development.

Qualifications

Candidates should be highly motivated and organized with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and will ideally possess:

Three years experience in web design and build out
Advanced understanding of HTML/CSS
Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (must be able to use slices)
Basic knowledge of server side scripting languages (PHP, ASP, ASP.NET)
Basic knowledge of Javascript
Willingness to work closely with information architects, copywriters, programmers and others to produce a team-driven end product that leads to a top-notch user experience
An appreciation for the excellence that the collaboration described above can produce
Ability to balance attention to detail with an understanding of overall objectives
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with positive attitude
Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Ability to prioritize work
Desire to be part of something big

Knowledge of search engine friendly HTML techniques
Experience with quality assurance testing
Experience with Flash Animation & Action Script
Ability to work with video
Basic knowledge of SQL databases
Ability to build and test HTML email templates
